Thank you for attending the 2025 Summit!
The 6th People Analytics and Data-Driven HR Summit brought together HR leaders, people analytics specialists, and workforce planning practitioners to translate HR data insights into strategic business impact.
Over 150 attendees explored practical ways to drive data-informed decision-making across HR and adjacent functions for measurable results. The Summit equipped participants with tools to advance people metrics and the responsible use of AI across the employee lifecycle, including strategic workforce planning, engagement and experience, talent, and culture. This lifecycle lens surfaced solutions and lessons on data governance, executive buy-in, security, infrastructure, storytelling, and prescriptive analytics. The event also fostered valuable connections through dynamic networking sessions, interactive breakouts, and case-led discussions featuring organisations of all sizes and sectors.
The Summit met its objectives, promoting collaboration and active engagement between industry experts and sponsors, and received strong positive feedback for its sense of community. The dialogues and practical takeaways reflects the Summit’s value in preparing the people analytics community for its next stage of maturity.
Our Advisory Board consisted of experienced people analytics leaders, ensuring that the Summit remained community focused and industry relevant.
