He has over 20 years of experience in the People Analytics space, beginning his journey at InfoHRM (since acquired by SuccessFactors, then SAP). Whilst working with hundreds of organisations globally, he saw the challenges that organisations face when dealing with the complexities of HR data, from having multiple systems, transforming from transactional data to now getting your data AI ready.
