With a focus on industrial relations, Cilla’s expertise spans the full spectrum of employment law, diversity and discrimination, restraint of trade, work, health and safety, whistleblowing, workplace investigations, modern slavery and regulator prosecutions.

Cilla advises Australian private sector clients as well as international entities spanning a diverse range of industries including technology and information services, financial services, retail, insurance, energy and resources, healthcare and pharmaceuticals and education. Cilla is also an expert in government employment regulation with many state and federal public sector clients.

Cilla has a keen interest in AI and supports her clients in managing the ever-increasing impacts of AI in terms of operational workflows, psychosocial impacts, resultant workforce reductions, union engagement, management of the use of AI in recruitment, ensuring quality of work product and both performance and conduct management issues that can flow from in appropriate use of AI.
