Jarrad (JP) is a People Analytics Senior Specialist at CSC, with over 15 years of experience across people analytics, remuneration, and HR business partnering roles both in Australia and the UK, bringing a practical understanding of how to apply data and insights in different business contexts.

JP holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in HR, and is a certified practitioner (CPHR) with the Australian HR Institute (AHRI). Over time, JP has partnered closely with HR and business teams to drive workforce planning, remuneration reviews, and employee reporting — enabling leaders to make informed, people-centric decisions.

JP is passionate about using analytics to support effective people practices by bridging data with everyday HR in a way that keeps insights clear, practical, and actionable.
