Mike is the Director of Workforce Data Insights & Analytics at the NSW Police Force.
Previous roles include co-Founder of reCAPTCHA, and over thirteen years at Google. Google roles included software engineering, consulting, and CEO of two startups in Google’s full-time incubator, Area 120. Mike was also the founder and CEO of Floor & Field, providing 24/7 ESG transparency to the far reaches of the supply chain.
Mike is passionate about working at the intersection of people development, technical innovation, and strategy, developing healthy and innovative teams that deliver on great products and services.
Mike’s Directorate at the NSWPF are the business owners of people analytics, rostering, and operational workforce planning.
