Rebecca Sexton is a highly capable leader with over a decade of experience in human resources within the Australian Public Service (APS). Currently serving as the Director of HR Reporting and Analytics at the Department of Health, Disability and Ageing, she leads a multi-disciplinary team focused on integrating employee experience and operational data to identify actionable insights, measure change, and inform HR strategy. With a strong background in workforce planning, data analysis, and HR systems management, Rebecca is dedicated to improving organisational performance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
