Tony has been a pioneer in the people analytics and workforce planning field for over 25 years. Working across all areas of HR with deep experience in Analytics, Workforce Planning, Strategic HR & HR Technology. Tony was part of the executive team for the Brisbane based workforce analytics company Infohrm where he led implementation and adoption services before creating the Product Management function. Infohrm was acquired by SuccessFactors and then SAP where Tony was Vice President of Product Management. Tony is passionate about creating new technologies to help harness the power of people and is currently Chief Product Officer at One Model - People Analytics.
